I was born on an airplane over international waters and made a majestic entrance into the world, or as we know it, The Planet Earth. I am not an alien or a hybrid just an Indian girl from a loving home who enjoys the beauty of storytelling and exploration of the human condition by way of vampires, witches, heroes and most of all great actors…

Pursuing acting is perhaps one of the blessings I get to do in this lifetime, I have been in live shows since I was 5 years old and recently started appreciating the art of film and it’s makers. I completed training at The Atlantic Theater Company in the Big Apple and am so grateful to have learned and applied the teachings of David Mamet and William H. Macy.

Yet 2 be named has given me the opportunity to explore my Indian culture it’s challenges and it’s triumphs and I can’t wait to take you on the journey with Tara…Enjoy the ride!!!
